Loved our stay here overall. Hotel is new and nicely remodeled. Our room was really nice as well. Only challenge was the AC was making weird noise, so we had to turn it off as there was no maintenance person at night.

We opened the windows and we were able to sleep fine.

I have stayed at many Courtyard Marriotts and I found this to be one of the nice ones. Since we were moving our son into the University of Oregon the hotel room was large where we could comfortable hold all his stuff. Rooms were comfortable. Bistro was excellent. Enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of nearby restaurants to eat. Location was perfect. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

Great hotel! My kids loved the pool. The jacuzzi was not functioning but it was still warm. Staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located next to restaurants, gas stations, and shopping plazas.

Our experience with Courtyard Eugene Springfield was a very positive one. The property is well maintained, both inside and outside, the room was very clean, and the location provides easy access to I-5 with multiple fast-food/fast-casual restaurants nearby. It's not glamourous property, but it's clean, professional, and moderately priced which is what you would expect from a Marriott Courtyard.

We were very appreciative and want to acknowledge Shawn at the front desk. We had a family member require hospitalization during our visit which coincided with an Oregon Duck home football game. During these times hotels are either full or notoriously high priced. Shawn worked with us to find an available room that allowed us extend our stay to care for family. He was very kind and helpful, thank you Shawn!

The rooms are old and outdated. The TP dispensers are in the worst position, if you really like TP dispensers in your rib cage, this is the place for you. The service was only so/so, except for one of the housekeeping staff who cleaned up after a large party so I could use the area for work. I just had to have them reverse a charge on my bill because someone else billed food to the room but they put my room number and their name and they only went by the room number. I will not be staying here again.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay and we would return. I felt like it was what we expect from a Courtyard hotel - front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious. I really liked the curved glass door on the shower - gave you ample space. ||Location is good with plenty of restaurant choices around. The continental breakfast is basic, and we skipped it, but otherwise, a very nice stay.

Springfield Eugene Marriott Courtyard Hotel Review||Generally, a nice hotel. My room was on the ground floor close to the central lobby area, so I was concerned that it would be noisy, especially when I saw a number of families with children staying at the hotel, but it was quite quiet. During the summer I I would be concerned about noise as the patio area outside of the room has a gas fireplace and seating. ||The bathroom was clean with a nice shower stall with a curving glass shower door. The extractor fan in the bathroom was quite loud. ||The room was located near a laundry room (one washer and one drier) which was convenient ($2.75 to use each machine – quarters required). There was no laundry detergent available in the laundry room.||It was nice that you could sign in to your Netflix and YouTube accounts on the room’s TV. The bed was comfortable, and the room darkened nicely with the light eliminating curtains. It would have been nice to have a microwave and a safe in the room. There were also no robes in the room, which would have been nice to use to visit the pool and hot tub.||A real disappointment was the breakfast, which cost $22. The breakfast was a small helping of scrambled eggs, two sausages, some tomatoes in pickling solution, and one piece of toast. Very poor value.||When I asked for an additional piece of toast, instead of potatoes, but was told there were no substitutions and that an extra piece of toast would be an extra charge. ||The staff were very pleasant and helpful.||Overall a good stay, but at $250 for one night this did not seem like great value.

Did a three night stay last month. They only offer room cleaning every other day and the bathmat and replacement ice bucket bag not made available upon our return. Other than that quiet hotel stay while we were there. Local food options walking distance.
