The lady answering the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I was trying to find my mother after I had a stroke. I cannot believe there are people in this world that are so cold hearted and are so rude. If I was feeling better…

I really love this place but I've only been able to go once because literally every time I try to go it's closed. I get off at work at 4:30 everyday so they close before I get off work and then Saturday and Sunday they're closed. There's literally no time that I can go and shop here. I really think that they need to think about staying open longer and maybe opening on the weekends.

I had some issues about how I might get some help for my mother. Its ads the end of the day when I walked in the door and the woman that sat with me stayed and talked through some things with me. She was very helpful and much appreciated. Thank you.

I called about getting my 72 year old mom some help with transportation and food. The woman who picked up was so rude and unhelpful. She cut me off and basically hung up on me.
