Cleaner than most, and staff is very nice. Also seem to run efficiently as there is never a long wait. They have restrooms which they attempt to keep clean by locking, and a room so you may watch classes to complete tasks before you get your vouchers. Nothing for the kids to play with so bring toys.

Rude worker. Wouldn't let us use restroom. Restroom is closed do to remodeling. Yet this well dress gentle was allowed to relieve himself. Forgot her name. Bad experience there. Had to go all the way to Jack in The Box. Turns out the restroom mirror was broken. They were waiting for it to be repaired. In the meantime it was closed to the public unless you were part of an elite crowd.

Rude front desk staff. As someone who use to work as a receptionist, I know the importance of politeness and treating people with respect. I also understand as a staff member it can be frustrating at times when clients don't seem to "get it" the first time you explain things to them but JESUS CHRIST they really try to make you feel bad about your situation. Even if the customers/guests/recipients or whatever seem to be a little hostile, there's no reason for the staff to have the attitude they have. Your job is to help women in need. That's what you signed up for, so get off your pedestal. I honestly wasn't even being rude to HER I was just trying to explain what I thought MAY have happened and I was met with hostility and interruptions. Hope you sleep better at night knowing you've ruined someone's day. Only reason I gave them more than one star was because I had a semi decent experience with the nutritionists my last visit.
