As an employee of cornerstone community homes : has provided an opportunity to learn and grow. cornerstone community homes provide a service not only to the client’s , but to their staff management has the ability to instruct and direct in such a professional manner that enables staff to provide the ability to execute the professional goals necessary to cause cornerstone community homes to be one of the upcoming growing adult residential facilities that will invite family friends and communities to be a part of this up and coming empire “ organic” safe space to challenge our skills to become vibrant and instructive an financial revenue course that supports the vision of cornerstone community homes. Company lacks structure. Upper management doesn't care about managers. Supervisors continuously show up at the house and scream to disregulate the individuals. Majority of the staff are illiterate with little to no knowledge on how to check emails, they lack empathy and work ethic, and have obsolete ways of managing day to day operations which slows things down.This company will never grow as they hire unprofessional workers who love to be on their phones all day and never listen to their supervisors. Pay is extremely low especially for DSP staff. Most of the agencies I worked at pays 5 times more (between $25 - 32) but cornerstone likes to be under the impression that their pay rate is competitive. Its 2024 but cornerstone is living in 2014. Glad I left. Felt like I walked out of prison. Thank God.
