We've been attending Cornerstone since March 2023, and absolutely love it. It is very kid friendly, welcoming, and the pastor is wonderful and loves to answer questions. We have felt so welcome and cared for. If you are looking for a place to fellowship and grow in your love of Christ, this is a safe, loving place to do that.

About three years ago I started attending Sunday services here at Cornerstone. I was searching for a good Christ centered church that was going to help me better understand and follow Him. I can’t even begin to explain how my life has changed since then. As soon as I started meeting people in the church I knew that God had brought me to the right place. Before I knew it I was getting baptized, being discipled in God’s word, and (for the first time in my life) I was excited to go to church every week. Pastor Jason, Todd, and Jim are amazing leaders that are on fire for God and teaching His word. I have personally witnessed the Holy Spirit do amazing things in our church and my family. There’s no doubt in my mind that God is doing big things through His church and I’m forever grateful He blessed me with my forever family.

I started regularly attending Cornerstone Church about 3 years ago. I have been a Christian most of my life, but wasn’t really living for God. I didn’t think that going to church really was important, until I started going to Cornerstone. That’s when I decided to dedicate my life to Jesus, again, and get baptized. Pastor Jason, as well as Pastor Todd, and Pastor Jim, are true leaders in the truth of God’s word. I will always be thankful for Cornerstone, because they helped my whole family grow in Christ together. I now understand the importance of fellowship and community with my brothers and sisters in Christ.

The Pastor and the people. This pastor speaks the word of God from the Bible quote for quote not his own opinion. He also speaks on topics sometimes we are not wanting to talk about but need to hear. He also is into involving the community which is important to me. The people are kind, caring and make you feel comfortable from your first day to continuing your faith. Everyone is always willing to help no matter the work. The Worship team is awesome and contemporary I can’t help but to stand while I sing along. I feel at home if I haven’t attended a week or two someone is contacting to make sure I’m OK and if I need anything. This Church shows me by actions not just words that they care. I look forward to Sunday Mornings as a highlight for beginning my week.

Being a military family it can be hard to find a church that makes you feel like you have a little piece of home. The minute we walked in everyone was so friendly and took the time to talk to us and follow up. We tried different churches in the area but kept comparing it to Cornerstone. We’ve been attending close to two years and we are excited to see how the church is embracing the new but keeping the core centered on Jesus and his teachings. The people make the church and the people here have been helpful in our journey as we learn more about our relationship with God.

I attend Cornerstone Church of Yuba City and enthusiastically encourage you to come and worship with us on Sunday mornings.You will find the people to be very welcoming, the music current, and the message by Pastor Jason inspired. I love the variety of ages represented in our church: children, teens, young families, all ages of adults. We also emphasize participating in small groups. You WILL find the comfort of friends and the companionship of God in your life. I can’t wait to meet you! Worship begins at both 8:00 and 10:30."

I went to get a food basket they advertise that they were giving away food and I went to go get one I was the third person in line and nobody told me what way to go or what the best direction to go was but people that came in an hour after I was waiting in line got more food than I did because they budgen line and just help themselves I didn't get any meat no bread... Who's very disappointing all these other people barged in like an hour after I was there already like waiting in line and they got like tons of meat and bread and pastries and I got can spaghetti sauce and rice which I'm grateful for but they need to have a better system to where people that get their first get to have they need first the other people that waited till the last minute or relate have to wait till we're done. I will not be going again I normally give about hundred $20 a month in donations to churches for food pantries but it wasn't that great like I didn't get anything that needed nobody was mean everybody was nice but it was no organization and people just buzz in front of other people going the other way to get the good stuff which I didn't know about.
