This is by far the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have ZERO compassion, low standards of customer service, constant outages, gouging "members" on costs that keep going up and up with service plummeting. They cut their hours so they don't have to work on Fridays (most people's paydays) and still make over $20 an hour. This "co-op" isn't a co op it is a crooked company that should be dismantled immediately. I am ashamed to have this "business" in the same valley. If you can, stay off their grid. If you have to use them be prepared to get slapped with nonsense, while they drain your savings, and pray that you can get your check on Thursdays, because they don't care if you only owe $5. They will shut off your power and charge you over $700.00 to flip a switch to get it back on. Oh and don't expect them to give you a heads up, because they won't. They will take you for everything you have, then smirk as you tearfully plead with them. I think it is their favorite part. So corrupt and just shameful...
