Amazing!!! You need to promote this place so much better, it’s underrated! Best drinks ever, they are real creative masterpieces. The food is delicious and fancy. Definitely my favourite spot in Lancaster for drinks, such an enjoyable experience.

The light in the restaurant is not bright and relaxing, but too dark to read the menu, we used our phone flashlights.

Updating my rating from three years ago, dropping from five stars down to three.

A few years ago, this was hands-down my favorite spot in Lancaster—a place that offered not just fantastic cocktails but an interesting and unusual experience in Lancaster. Unfortunately, much of what made it special has been eroded over time, and while the drinks are still good, the overall experience has declined significantly.

What once felt exclusive and intriguing is now ordinary. The charm of knocking on the door to gain entry has been removed, and no reservations are required anymore. While this is move convenient, it takes away from the unique atmosphere that set Conway apart.

The most disappointing change is the menu. The old menu was a masterpiece—a book of inspiration that went beyond just listing drinks. It featured beautifully crafted descriptions, serving glass styles, categories like "Library," "Pantry," and "Garden," and even artistic details that made browsing it a part of the experience. Now, the menu is poorly printed on slick paper, some words already smudged or rubbed off. It lacks the visual appeal and creative storytelling that used define Conway's character.

Also, several beloved drinks are gone, including my favorite, the "Night Stick." The creativity that once defined the menu seems to have taken a back seat.

Highly recommend! We rented out the space for our wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome party, and all our guests had such a great time. We wanted them to experience one of our favorite spots in Lancaster, as many were traveling from out of town or never had been to Lancaster. We worked with Sam and the Chef (Jacob), and both were so great to work with. They understood what we were having at our wedding the next day, what dietary restrictions our guests had, and the overall atmosphere/flow we were looking for...all while sharing their expertise and recommendations. The food was delicious and unique, and the cocktails were so good, and all the staff and bartenders were so kind. Thank you Sam, Jacob, and the team at Conway for a perfect start to our wedding weekend!

First time at Conway Social Club and loved it. We would go again for the drinks specifically and not for food. Our server was fantastic. I had the oysters and it was served on a bed of uncooked rice which got into the oysters and it was not enjoyable.

The food and drinks were phenomenal! We especially enjoyed our servers, Sam and Joe. They gave suggestions and they were spot on. The polenta was some of the best we have ever tasted. The maple dessert was the perfect end to our meal. We will be back!

Every time I have been here has been a delight! The staff is wonderful. The cocktails are delicious (not the place to get wine - - as a French full-body red wine drinker), and the food is always perfectly seasoned! Great place to hang out with friends.

Conway Social Club

The other day, I went out with some friends, and they took me to Conway Social Club. I have never been, and mind you, I am new to Lancaster. It took me about 10 minutes to find the door/sign because it is obscure. When you are looking for the door, it's a red door, and the sign is on the left inside; you will not see it from the sidewalk.
I did not see an elevator, so I don't think it is handicap accessible, so if you cannot walk upstairs, I do not recommend going. However, the ambiance was charming. It felt like I was part of a social club that was a membership only, so that already met my expectation.

The menu is exciting, but they do not have a large selection. I ordered the cauliflower tempura, which was good. I ordered a steak with fries and a salad as my main entree. I was impressed with the steak as it was well-seasoned and cooked medium-rare. The fries were great, and I did not care for the salad too much.

The drinks were phenomenal. I forgot which drinks I ordered, but you can see them from the photos I posted for this review. As a foodie, I recommend this place if you have a partner and want a good place to go for date night.

The service was good. Our server was attentive and catered well to our needs.

Stopped in for a couple drinks before dinner, and the place is fantastic. Head up the double flight of stairs and right back in time. A truly enormous selection of spirits and the bar staff were true experts in their craft. 11/10 would drink here again.
