The air quality is really bad. Staff gets no training. The rules get changed day to day and minute to minute. They haven't had a kitchen there in several years now. But the picture of the kitchen is in the gallery and it makes it look like a kitchen is available. That makes grant money larger numbers

Grateful to have a place to lay my head but it is a lot to take in, there is a lot of favoritism and some people get treated with the upmost respect because of they disability, while the rest of us that is disabled have to deal with being bullied, harassed, lied on because we are afraid to get kicked out. Community Living is very hard to do when it is a lot of miscommunication and a lot of things going unseeen.

Me and my husband are currently homeless at this time we stay here at the shelter I do like the shelter a lot pastor Willie Vega is very supportive he listens well too many problems we have and he's quick to address problems when they arise at our house meetings ... Are day staff Robbie and Cece and the megan are patient and compassionate giving understanding when so needed and assertive when necessary

The staff are amazing!!! The love and acceptance you recieve is priceless!! The services they provide are more than helpful. The center is a true asset to the community.

Unfortunately, the process of reaching the deserving and vulnerable and
Needy families is not without defect. As a resident of Contra Costa County, I wish I had the answer. Ugh

Staff abuse the residents on a regular basis..
But they are only the homeless so it's ok.
