Broke my ankle through work, it was pretty clear on the xray but the doctor said i had nothing. That was 4 months ago and my foot still hurt. I went back and lo and behold I found out my foot is broken!! These guys are awful, even the front desk never gets my authorizations. I have to deliver them myself! Don't go there!

The girl at the front named Sienna is Amazing!! She has excellent customer service. She is full of positive energy, respectful, caring, and uplifting. We need more people in this field like her. BIG HEART! Somebody give that lady a RAISE!! Great job Concentra for having her when we first walk in. She definitely brightened my day.

Even though they were extremely busy they were transparent in the process created a realistic expectation of how long it was going to be. the staff were super friendly. they all gave the impression that they wanted to be there and enjoyed their job the staff got along well with each other.

Unfortunately, though as nice as the staff are, the wait times not only in the waiting room but the patient rooms are what causes madness. They need to hire more trained staff to get the process going to a decent size wait time. How's 1 hr ? Not 4 hrs.

I would love to avoid this location at all costs but cannot due to employer having sent the paper work here.

Takes forever to be seen even when the office is empty. It’s been 4 days since I gave them paperwork to fill out regarding my injury and they still haven’t even taken a look at it. There are better urgent care options in national city run from this one.

Staff just being immature messing around. 40minute wait this time for a random and there are no other patients here. Usually they are very profession and pretty efficient. Not today
