I originally came to Compassionate Service Group to learn and practice meditation to better manage stress and balance work and life. Since then, I became actively involved as a volunteer in many Compassionate Service Society activities, ranging from charity to Taichi classes and spiritual retreats that are offered to the community. I have met many good friends and learned many valuable lessons which I have shared with my relatives and others in my circle of affinity. I highly recommend that you attend one of their free integral Taichi and meditation class to experience it yourself.

Compassionate Service Society has been my second home, spiritually and in every other aspect. I was first introduced to the group over 15 years ago, and Thay Hang Truong has been my guiding light and anchor all these years. The Buddhist Dharma has never been more explicit and easier to practice through Thay's practical teaching. Much appreciate the chance that connects me to this group! CSS is a wonderful organization that helps our community to integrate body, mind, and spirit.
They offer a physical exercises (integral tai-chi), meditation classes, various charity projects to the community, and many other cultural programs.
