All pediatricians here had seen my kids since they day one and love them all. Staff is amazing from receptionist to nurses. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of great care for their kids.

My children are always seen same day and the service is amazing. Each doctor I have seen is very knowledgeable and invested in my and Childs time. I appreciate this medical group and staff very much.

The doctors are very good, no complain about it. But the scheduling at Moorpark location is always an issue. The front desk personnel is NOT helpful at all. Whenever we call her, she only pushes for a “specific” doctor and another DO. Even if there are opening for your go-to doctor she upright LIES that they’re not available. Also, she always asks us to contact Westlake office. If we ask her can you see who’s available, she says that she cannot see and tells to contact them directly. How can the Westlake office schedule appointment for Moorpark office but she cannot do the same? Last time, we’re looking for an appointment with Dr. Scherr. She said not available. We contacted the Westlake office and they’re surprised that why we’re looking for Dr. Scherr in their office. They helped to schedule the appointment with the Dr. in Moorpark office. It was such a weird experience and unsure why the front desk person at Moorpark office is so unhelpful.
