No complaints about the physicians, nurses, general staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My issue is with billing and account management. I had a copay for $20 over a year ago and they insisted that they sent bills to my address… well until a year ago they stopped sending them. Today I got a letter from a collections agency because they turned me in for $20!!! I would have paid the copay obviously because it’s only $20. Now I have to pay $48 and deal with a collections agency. No phone calls … no mentions of the copay due when I went in after the service. At the end of the day we are people not account numbers and I would expect to be dealt with reasonably. I’m not going back

Receptionist not sure her name I believe it’s Addy is extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for a return to work slip she said I could have gotten it at another office and I didn’t need to call their location for the slip when I asked for her name she laughed stated her name and hung up on me.

I have gone to this office many times and have waited for over an hour almost every single time. This time I walked out without seeing the doctor. They are really unorganized. I went into the office today complaining of vertigo, nausea and more. An appointment is an appointment.
