Been coming to see the very friendly/ helpful/ just really supportive staff. They dont have 1 judgmental/ rude/ or rushed thru anything. They do care about their work & the positive effects CMS has in the community. It’s 100% more than ok to ask for help & when you need it I’d definitely recommend them. They aren’t tryna give a short term solution, they wanna help build back a life you love.

I have been to two other centers before and neither compare to this clinic. The staff treat you like a human and give respect. The Dr is amazing. They listen and actually care about helping us succeed.

I hated this place at first and the staff not going to lie. But after I really got clean and built a relationship with most staff and I have to say these women actually do care, Moana the receptionist is awesome and actually cares about how your doing. Paige is the best counselor I have ever had. Justine always has tended to any need or problem I’ve encountered, Stephanie goes above and beyond her job description,Sabrina looks mean but is very blunt and honest but at end of day she cares, Diane is my savior and she deserves an award she has been here thru my 4 year journey and not once has she ever gave up on me or my sister she’s a guardian angel in disguise, and Georgia, she listens and tends to the needs considering her work load I’d say she’s pretty on. Love you ladies and thanks for helping me save my own life.

This cms establishment in Minot North Dakota has the greatest staff they helped my wife out so much with phone calls to the Billings cms they did everything they would not let her leave until they got her dose they are amazing people thank you so much

Nursing is the best! The doctor works with you, and counseling that you can tell genuinely cares. A real help when it comes to all sorts of addictions.

The ladies at this clinic are some of the sweetest kindest most compassionate PEOPLE ive ever met. And im 51 so that speaks loudly!! I pick up peoples ENERGY anyplace i go. And usually i can't be AROUND people in settings like this for very long. The ENERGY from the moment i stepped in the door was amazing.. It felt comfortable and safe. I met with each of them and i can honestly say they made me feel lije i was a close friend or family!! I could feel they genuinely cared!! And as i sat in the waiting room briefly clients were coning in n out. Everyone seeamed like they were family. Talking laughing joking. And talking with the nurse they talked BACK n forth like a loving mother would with their kid's. I feel like i was guided to thus AMAZING place where id have the family n friends i NEVER had. I am blessed to be a part of this AMAZING clinic!# im so grateful for each of them. Thank you!

All I can say is this place does, and will SAVE LIVES!!!! Never once have i had a bad experience there, the staff go above and beyond to make sure your on track and get any help with whatever you encounter. Any bad reviews you may hear, is simply false...period! The only way you will have a bad experience at CMS is if your trying to get over on em, or your doing what you know your not supposed to be doing. Connie, Fay, Jackie, dosing nurse etc....put others lives first in line and really do care unconditionally. I wouldnt be where im at today if it wasent for them!! So thank you CMS...let the haters hate!!

EDIT**** Dont waste your time with the clinical manager Justine there now. She doesn't give 2 s***** about peoples lives or sobriety. Turns away clients if your secs or at the most 2 mins, knowing damn well you're still showing up everyday to continue the struggle. Heartless, it wasn't like thos 5 years ago when I made this post, the counselors and workers cared!!!! Alot still do, but they have a cold hearted women goin strictly by the books. In my opinion, go somewhere else where u know everyone that works there isn't driven by a few secs to maybe 2 min rule, but where they show u made the initiative EVERYDAY, and wont turn u back!!! Minot needs a new clinical manager asap, because there's COUNTLESS clients that feel this way. I would jever turn an addict back into the streets over a min, knowing what could possibly happen!! You call, no answer, if its anybody but Justine, its "your ok, just get here.." Justine "nope it's 1:01:30 secs..". Patheti, especially when knowing a client has been going thru a hard time for a few mons after being sober 5 yrs....to the owner of CMS, this a HUGE PROBLEM and I know you've had several complaints pop up...this isn't a disgruntled client, this is a recovering addict trying to stay afloat!!! She's messing with peoples lives, and I'm sure there's probably a few overdoses she needs tonwash her hands of....ultimately its the clients choice, but that's what CMS IS THERE FOR, NOT TO TURN U AWAY BUT BRING U IN!!!! We're not talkngn10-15-20 mins....we're talking secs!!! A min!!! There needs to be a change...
