On September 11th I went up there and give him my referral from my case worker. It has been almost a month and still no call back or anything. I have been calling and emailing and still no response. I just want my referral back or something.

I called, left a message - no one ever called back. I emailed - no one ever answered. I used the "make a donation" link on their website - no one ever responded. Three tries within a week and a half is enough. Each contact contained details of my intended donation and contact information. I requested that if they weren't interested to let me know so I could move on. To never respond is very rude, no matter how busy they are. A simple "no thanks" or "we can't use that right now" would have been sufficient. I will never bother them again no matter what I have to donate!

This agency is amazing. They help so many people and deliver the furniture, appliances directly to the persons residence. It may take some time if they do not have furniture, appliances on hand, but when they do what a gift to you.
