I've seen a lot of mixed reviews. I have been dealing with CDC for quite some time now and am very happy with them. I really think they do the best with what they have. All of the employees that I have worked with have been very helpful to me and kind as well.
It is scary how many people are homeless or becoming homeless now.
This place can help if you need or direct you in the right direction.
You just need to have patience and make sure all the paperwork is turned in on time or call and ask for an extension. They will help you if you ask them.

I am renting an apartment that they own and manage and I have/am going through problems with the apartment since the day I moved into the apartment complex (March 8th 2021) The Mantance guys don't know how to do anything and the lady who oversees the apartment complex I rent (Micheal Fox) is a definite joke and does not know how to do anything that with job in overlooking an apartment complex. Leaks in the bathroom and when it rains the roof leaks and my apartment gets quite damp throughout. 140 Zinfandel Drive

I just went in there to get some info for a family member and the dark haired, middle aged women was so incredibly rude. It seemed like she hated her job and felt bitter towards everyone who walked in. I hope they can find someone in the future who loves people and is there because they care.

They only have housing for special interests or people with families. No affordable housing anywhere in Ukiah for single people with low income jobs or social security.
