Can never speak to a nurse or get refills in a timely manner. No quality counselors available. Nasty attitudes when you call. They could care less about your mental health.

This place is a joke they don’t discuss anything with the parents of the underage child that is going and they should be fired for not doing there job if the child is having problems with certain things and it’s not brought up to the parents then they should not be in that position to not inform the parents Your a disgrace to the service

I've been with them for years and I would be heartbroken if I had to switch. Great staff. The receptionists are kind the pharmacy is quick and kind and the doctors are always willing to work with you as long as you put work into yourself. Every counselor has been very helpful and imformative as well. I will always give them 5 stars. They helped me get my life back. Forever greatful for CCC

I am so fed up with this place! I had my doctors appointment on Thursday,with a promise to have my meds by Friday! Lol, yeah, right!!! It's now Tuesday, and still no meds!!! It is outrageous when you are on medications that you can not miss and I am now on day number 5 without meds

I went there with anxiety & depression I struggled with for years was evaluated and was able to see a Dr. within a few weeks I also had several counseling sessions. The Dr has been GREAT in working with me in various issues & medication, helping me along the road to progress-It’s been over a 1 -1/2yrs -I still seeing my Dr for view on meds. It’s has the best DECISION I EVER MADE. I always have been treated there well with staff. It is a very busy place-I would definitely recommend them.

Seems like a lot of the people have no idea what's going on very frustrating to deal with the Ashtabula and the Geneva office was told one thing and then the next day I'd be told something else just fed up with their overall helpfulness specially with the psychiatrist at the Ashtabula office

Horrible!!! No doctors, only licensed practitioner, don’t care about my daughters mental health, didn’t even know there was 2 practitioners on my supposed to be confidential zoom call, needed 2 people cause the one handling my daughters case was new and not even licensed yet! Called for an appointment and didn’t even know who she was talking to, called my daughter a different patient name. Took my daughter off her meds and denying my appointment and now my daughter is having horrible issues while I’ve had to wait for another appointment at a different practice.
Councling is a joke, promised my daughter they would be there for her after opening up and needing to go through a police interview , lied , didn’t even see her after that .
Worst place I’ve ever seen and should be shut down!

Absolutely amazing people. Both counselors I've had here have been amazing people. Any issues I had before (ex; waiting too long to get signed in at the desk) have actually been resolved recently. Maybe that's because I come in on Tuesdays now, I'm not sure. All in all a very decent place and I will continue coming here.
