I was a client there tried to speak to the manager about receiving more hours for care giving services after they cut hours off on my case load and instead only gave me very little hours and my care giver was only available for me on the days Thursdays and Fridays didn't get to choose the hours I needed care.. when I was a client there first man those were the good days care giver was always there for me but as soon as I said that my fiance got a car they treated me differently than any other client there and they thought I didn't need any more services from them anymore and cut the hours off I tried reaching out to libby multiple times which they told me to if I ever needed to bring up any concerns libby never called me back.. I could never speak to her instead leaves the workers to clean up her mess and try and have them bribe my way back in before I stop using services with them what hurts most is that I really loved the care giver who was taking care of me she was amazing but apparently it was my fault and she ended up saying "it's not just us gianna you did this and that too" when I had to voice my concerns to her and not libby that's what hurt the most they say that this is community care but where's the care?... they sent a note in the mail apparently libby did and said apparently I wasn't using there service enough and that one day in the morning a care giver showed up at my door in the morning and I never answered?... that's why ur really stopping services? Because I wasn't able to use your guys services cause you cut the hours down and the only days I was only able to receive care was on Thursdays and Fridays... yeah no you'll send a letter in the mail saying how I no longer wish to use ur guys services but u won't pick up any of my calls to prevent that or hear me out? Yeah I'm glad I stopped using services you're not helping the community what I wanna know to this day is why exactly you wanted me to stop services I mean it really doesn't matter because i was ending services at that exact time you sent that letter in the mail i think that's why you wanted to gaslight me and make it my fault so that yall don't get fired or in trouble.. to this day i still need services I hope you do better with another client and instead don't assume that just cause a client has a car doesn't necessarily mean it's available at all times 🙂 all that needed to be said goodbye

Disrespectful board. Board members do not care about staff or care about client input. Board members do not have any goals to better the company as a whole, or fails to follow through with any they may have. Board members do not take time in the office and because of this it allows for uneducated and sloppy decisions making. So sad. This company could be amazing if only they had better leadership. Community care cherishes toxic work ethic and shuns good hard working people.

These people here everyone is people that work here I known it all run it most beautifulest angels in the world that you would ever want to meet they're not just sincere and helping you when you need help but they are all so sincere and the love if they show you when you need help I would give everybody that works here a hundred percent raise do salary because they go out of their boundaries to help you as much as I can I think that they will look for a way to can are awesome angels
