My mother Bernadette Padilla was injected with a shot, and even after a severe allergic reaction was given a second one causing the death of her on the ninth with that kind of treatment. I don’t believe that anybody should be treated at CBI.

If you have a problem, they'll help you get a solution to get it solved. Counselors are very knowledgeable in all areas of addiction and dependancy. If you aren't sure if you want to get sober, this is the best place to start.
Shout out to Tracy in Payson.

This place was horrible I was mentally, emotionally, and even physically scared, shamed, and devastated.... I was offered no relief from my withdrawals only put on meds that made them worse, then kicked out of the facility once they realized after 4 days they were going to hurt me not help me, but was offered no way back home instead embarrassingly brought to the hospital were I waited hours to finally get a way home... the staff at the hospital was even appalled at the way I was being treated... not to mention the way the staff treated me emotionally scared for life...not the safe environment or best care I was promised wen I walked threw the doors..

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. My experience with community bridges is HORRIBLE. First off they hospitalized me against my will, when I told them countless times I didnt WANT or need the services. Well spent two days in the ER waiting for them to send me to a psychiatric ward, then had me ride in an ambulance two hours away to another hospital. Spent four days there. Got out and had NO way of getting home, had to call a buddy to come get me. Then here's the KICKER left me with ALL the bills and cost of the services I didnt want. Now I'm over 9k in debt because of them. I've contacted them via email and phone trying to get this sorted out and nobody will help me now, they just keep transferring me to different departments. So now I'm left with no choice but to seek legal counsel.
Update after years of still not getting any call backs, transfer after transfer calls and still getting harassed by debt collectors for this.

I've been to numerous counseling/treatment centers and most places u felt like a number but here I feel like family. I was reminded that my life matters in the most encouraging ways possible. I thrive because of CBI!

Staff is A+.... the Administration will destroy any progress made. Fiancée entered sober, left an addict. They remove all outside support system. They treatment drug addiction with addictive drugs. Looking to get high legally this is the place! Looking at the $ of continued treatment... Stay Away... If ever freed you'll be back...

I was a resident at Community Bridges, Payson during a slightly chaotic time for the staffing. They were short staffed and part of the staff was being promoted to higher positions. Even though it was chaotic they all made sure that they were doing their best for us. They were quickly making changes for the better. In the residential housing they went from scheduled routine every day to spontaneous trips to get us out of the house and leave the packets behind. We also received plenty of one on ones with the new project manager, Guy. With all the responsibilities his job holds he still took time out of his day to give these one on one’s and exercises that are unique to each persons situation. I received much more than I ever thought I would from a treatment center. The staffing genuinely care and it showed that they take pride in their jobs and are ready to make the changes necessary so their facility can become the best it can be. For these and so many more reasons is why I am giving them a five star rating. I miss you all!
