Command Performance Catering was a required venue at Camarillo Ranch, but we are so happy that it was! The food was all amazing and our guests all raved about it! There were so many options to choose from! Manuel was very helpful and accommodating to our requests, specifically with the bar. The food was even better than we could have expected! We went for a comfort food buffet style for our wedding and our guests were raving about it afterwards. We designed our own signature drinks and their bartenders made them perfectly! I think the hourderves were our favorite part though, the grilled cheese, truffle fries, and chicken quesadilla were delicious!

We were lucky that our venue has an exclusive partnership with CPC, but honestly we would have chosen them ourselves. During the lead-up to the wedding, the team members were super communicative with my husband and me, and made us feel more at ease.

When I say that the food is phenomenal, that would be an understatement. We are STILL getting comments about the food and how great it was. Don't sleep on the grilled cheese with tomato soup shots!!!

Command Performance did a fantastic job on the day of my wedding. Everything was so smooth and the guests raved about the food and service. The braised short ribs were incredible, as well as the jalapeño mac and cheese. My guests were also loving the spicy margaritas we chose as our signature drink. They were very professional and their timing flowed well with our timeline. It was very obvious to myself and my guests that they had everything dialed in.

The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because the communication leading up to the day was lacking. Nonetheless, it all got done and everything went smooth. I would still highly recommend them!

Jesus and his team went above and beyond to ensure our big day went flawlessly, and their flexibility throughout the entire process was exceptional. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the outstanding service and delectable food at our wedding, with the beef short rib and white cheddar mac and cheese stealing the spotlight.

The Command Performance team operates like a well-oiled machine, and their extensive experience truly shone through on our busy wedding day. Despite the usual notion that the bride and groom rarely get to eat, we were pleasantly surprised to have a personal server who ensured we enjoyed both appetizers, signature drinks, and dinner plates. The bartending team worked swiftly to serve our guests, ensuring no long lines, a concern we had with our 150 guests.

Jesus skillfully kept his team ahead of schedule at every turn, contributing to the transformation of our big day into one of the most enchanting experiences for both us and our guests. The level of professionalism and dedication displayed by the Command Performance team was truly remarkable.

Absolutely amazing food service! So many people at our wedding said that before they even sat down for dinner, they would have been completely happy just getting full on the appetizers. We got the most compliments on the Marsala Mushroom Fettuccini, it was amazing! Their selection of vegan options was very impressive and they were extremely compensating. Bree and her team were very patient and kind with all of our requests and all of the guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff. They made it possible for us to have an awesome, magical evening surrounded by friends and family. Thank you Command Performance!

Command Performance Catering was the catering service that we had to use through our venue and while some aspects were excellent, other aspects were not.
The food and service amongst the servers and cook was AMAZING, absolutely spectacular. This being said, the lead caterer has a lack of appropriate bedside manner with clients, lacking flexibility and explanation in a kind, professional way. In addition, my guests sat and waited for dessert while we took our photos, doing nothing for a solid 45 minutes. There is supposed to be a floor lead who didn't think about opening our dessert table as guests were getting restless. In fact, I didn't see a floor lead at all but was told one would be there... In addition, if there wasn't a floor lead, why wasn't the lead caterer taking charge? As I said, in many ways, command performance was great. They didn't think past themselves though, and given that they expect a great deal of money and additional tips for their services, I expect exceptional service.
