Being a Lions Club member changed my life!! For the last 10 years I have served my community! We were named “Knights of the blind“. The club has been in service since 1929 in Cleveland Tennessee. We meet every second and fourth Wednesday at the Elks Lodge in Cleveland Tennessee on Second Avenue, at 12 PM Anyone who is wanting to be a Lion can come to a meeting.
Our main focus is vision we partner with United Way of the Ocoee region and Karis Community Health!!

we screen over 5500 students and adults every year for vision. If the student needs eyeglasses, we assist by purchasing glasses for them. if the adult qualifies, and applies through our co- partner, Karis community health center, the Lions Club will pay for their eyeglasses also. we also help with cataract surgery’s for people who do not have insurance and qualify through Karis.
