Awesome program for men. The staff are wonderful and the men I met today were very friendly and helpful. They really take great pride in their work ethic and I know they will achieve all of their dreams, thanks to the caring staff and their own self determination. It's an honor for us as a church to support these men and gift them bags of goodies for Father's Day.

Out of many non profit in Bay Area; my teens and I l love serving here the most. The staff and residents are appreciative, polite, kind, and encouraging. I feel safe leaving the teens here to volunteer by themselves.

Ct saved my life. Was homeless on the streets on San Jose after being released from jail. After going from shelter to shelter looking for food and a place to sleep for the night I discovered city team was not only a shelter and place to get food but also a rehab. They offered all the classes I needed for court but most importantly introduced me to the one and only true God. I excepted God into my life in jail but got to know him through the program they so graciously took me into. I graduated the program in 10 months and was able to stay the following year while going to college and getting my education. After 2 years of sobriety I ignored the advice of the director, house manager, counselors, sponsor, spiritual mentor, and most important my brothers I grew with spiritually and in sobriety and moved to Maui. I relapsed shortly after. Maui has nothing close to CT. I wish I never left. I have been back on my feet for a while now but miss being part of something bigger than myself. They taught me to give back more than I take in. I'm writing this post because was just looking up the desk number to ask for the 50 men in the program to pray for me in they're daily prayer circle. And for all those struggling with addiction I will pray for you,... him, her, he, she, us, them, you, me, WE, n the families we hurt in our darkest times but that stay by our side out of hope and faith. Thank you City Team San Jose. For saving my life. And please except my apologies for not listening to the last words of advise you have me. "Don't leave your support group"

I've volunteered here several times. The website is easy enough for registration, but I found that since i wanted to use my special skills over a long-term commitment that calling helped me to land a job that wasn't listed online. The staff are really pleasant, and there are always things to do, including for larger groups. Clearly people's lives are being changed here, and its awesome to be a part of that kind of service.

Homeless people are in needs, shouldn't wait for a list to get food or bed. This tells me that somebody trying to look good themselves with their own benefit & not for the purpose of help others which are really in need.
Shame on them.

Great place to donate, I've had a couple recent deaths in family and donated all clothing here due mainly to the fact that as a younger man ,a family friend was doing battle with his own demons and City Team inspired him to take charge of his life....i will never forget that although he has long passed.

I was broke, homeless and addicted. CityTeam took me in and taught me how to overcome these things when I thought my life was hopeless. I feared God. Now I know he loves me. Thank you CityTeam for showing me these things. I will forever be grateful.
