Incompetent group of individuals who were plucked right out of Schitts Creek! This entire town is a disaster and full of tweakers and homeless people. The city counsel does nothing except engage in shady business practices like the rest of the politicians. Want to see a crumbling town on the brink of collapsing. Take a trip to Marysville, CA! Probably the saddest town in California. If you are currently living there, get out while you still can! It's the absolute worst! Would give it a sliver of a star if I could.
