I signed up my daughter for swim class at Lincoln pool and two women that were her instructors called her retarded pointed and laughed. My daughter is autistic. They have no respect for children with disabilities. Also Manteca Rec would not issue a refund. I left that day and will never be back.

The Manteca public is less than desirable. The black scum along the waters line is disgusting. Other than putting chemicals into the pool, nothing else is being done to clean it or maintain it. In fact, when was the last time the pool walls got a scrub down to remove the black scum?

I know for a fact it has not been in the past 5yrs that my kids have taking swim lessons there. Unfortunately this is the only pool I know of in Manteca where my children can get swim lessons. Otherwise I would not have them go here.

Diamond Oaks Park is a health disaster.! Dog feces at every square foot of grass area. Citizen can't walk in this park or child play there. Shame on those that willing let their pets deficat there with no regard to the public use or city.
