I still can’t believe it. One of the workers came to my car, grabbed my chip, threw it in a box while mumbling something and never came back. I was stunned wondering what just happened. Managers apologized for this rude behavior but I couldn’t help to feel unwelcome, defeated and worthless. This behavior is unacceptable for such a sacred place that should be helping people and lifting them up.

On the website, it says you can go inside the warehouse and do your own shopping, but that's not the case instead they give you a box. It had yellow squash that was bad, the salad was going bad on the bottom lettuce is slimy and brown. The bananas were black and very ripe threw those away b4 came into my house.
Now their website says they check everything to make sure it is edible and fresh. Yeah right, a waste of time. They have 270 stores that donate food. I know u can not expect people to get healthy on spoiled food

Do not go here,on Sep21,2024 .food box very small rotten lettuce, banana, and they even include a bottle of Melafix for fish to treats bacterial infections that should have never been included as food. .please don't go here. They pick and chose who they give the good food to. The Dept. of health should look into them.

Went there today, the way that it is organized is ridiculous. Pregnant women & women with children were at the end of the line! Most of the food is expired, the volunteers have first pick of everything! There were 2 staff members that were nice & seemed happy to be there & happy to help! I am recommending for people to find another food pantry!

I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYBODY it was a complete Zoo over there today, so disorganized and a traffic mess! My grandma and I went there today because it's supposed to be a drive up food bank where you drive up and they put the food box in your trunk and you drive away, but that's not how it was today. When we drove up there today the lady that was controlling the traffic was advising everybody to park and she wasn't keeping a list of who came first/last so it was all of of turn and not a first come first serve basis and it was making everybody upset because people thought others were cutting in line. It was a traffic jam cluster over there and we waited for an hour to get food which wasn't much food at all by the time we got to the front of the line and it wasn't even in boxes so TBH it wasn't worth the wait and the treatment we received from the lady in charge was unacceptable, she's a nightmare and we can't believe she treats people the way she did that are already going through hard times as it is, especially old people like my Grandma! The lady that was directing traffic was yelling at everybody to stay in their cars and to wear their face masks in their cars with the windows up. Then when we finally got to pull up in line to get loaded she was really rude to my Elderly Grandma and I, she tried to make us go back and park again after we'd already waited our turn in line and she was trying to direct me into oncoming traffic where I couldn't turn if I wanted to and then she let a car backup right in front of me almost hitting my car while trying to direct them out of their parking spot and I couldn't go anywhere because there was cars on all sides so she finally let me go and by the time we got the food we were so glad to be out of there and we will NEVER go there again. I would rather go to the Community Mission of Hope where they are nicer to everybody and they don't need anyone directing traffic because there is one entrance and one exit and they already have the food in boxes ready to load so all you have to do is pull up, show your ID, they load up your trunk and you pull out, you should learn from them how to treat people and operate a food drive because yours is the worst experience I've ever had at a food bank ever! Whoever is in charge of this food drive needs to make some changes before fighting breaks out in front of your church!
