They left us with clogged plumbing saying that it cost too much to do for free and left us high and dry not technically dry

A young inexperienced girl came out to check to check my cooler, in the process she blew up the motor. I told her over and over again the last person who worked on my cooler with 60 years of experience cooler said it needed replaced. The girl just didn’t get it. She had me sign papers and said I was eligible for a new cooler. That was nearly two months ago. Haven’t heard from them since. I got a call from them June 21st saying they would re-do electrical and try to fix a 40 year old cooler. They do not have licensed or certified/ bonded workers. Just incompetent, under experienced people. I was told I was getting a new cooler. Now I have to file a lawsuit against them.

A lot of people in need are going without repairs because this organization is pushing politics before people. W.H.O. and the President have declared Covid officially over. CHRPA will not allow volunteers who are not fully vaccinated and boosted with an EXPERIMENTAL SHOT THAT DOESN'T WORK!!!
