The rudest staff ever. Went there and asked the overweight LGBQ+ guy who works there for my size of a tank top. A second later he brings the wrong item ( a long sleeve) and I was like oh sorry but I asked about the tank top, he takes the long sleeve and throws it at the cashier station with anger and attitude and walks away. I left immediately with no desire to buy anything from people who feel so important and entitled. Mind that the long sleeve is around $500 he throws it like everyone can afford it. He has to be fired. Crazy attitude and anger, if you don’t wanna do your job then let someone else take your role who can provide a good customer service. He was wrong for bringing the wrong item and gave Me the attitude like I am the problem. FIRE HIM

I would definitely avoid this store. The customer service was horrible. There was a female employee that was extremely rude and aggressive. I wanted to buy some shirts and hats that was on the rack and in the cases but wasn't allowed since it was the last one. Really? You are not allowed to take photos as well. It was a bad vibe being in that store. You will get better service at the CH store at the Wynn.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I never leave bad reviews but there is no way I could just move past what I experienced at this chrome hearts location just moments ago.
The only female employee, whose name they intentionally withheld was so disgustingly rude and aggressive that her own coworkers had to drag her away into the back room before things got even more tense. She was so aggressive when asked about sizes and came at me as if she was ready to fight. Zero self control. She should not be allowed to work in customer service under any circumstances. Chrome Hearts Admin, if you’re reading this, you need to consider hiring new staff and teaching them proper customer service and human decency. Otherwise, your brand is a joke and one of these days, you’ll end up paying work comp claims when your employees gets a lesson from a less cordial customer who will once again be disappointed when visiting your store. This was my first and last visit to your brand.

Low stock in silver and jewelry in general. They have more clothing selection available here but, the workers have a cold demeanor.

According to a sales associate, this CH location doesn’t give out water, or allow taking pictures.

Overall, the customer service and shopping experience is better at the CH Wynn location.

rude employee named Justin Gr, was barely answering my questions, not even responding to one of them and he heard me but just kinda shurgged at me when i asked his opinion. never coming back to this store.
