I've worked at agency's in the past that honor your commitments. This one begged me for almost 2 wks to take a minor that was not in the age group I had asked for and I did after much pressure I did. The youth I was assigned were out of control and above and beyond the norms of manageability without outside assistance for therapeutic or wrap around services. Pressured to bring my foster youth to the Mormon church for services during training sessions with this organization. They also never paid what was promised. Get your contracts in written form before fostering with this agency.

Worst agency I've ever dealt with. I am shocked this place is allowed to work with children and make any decisions regarding their futures. Do yourself a favor and find a different organization, maybe one with some integrity.

Discriminatory against families with PTSD. (military families beware). They run you rampant, "want to place with you right now," and then, after the home study is signed and official, their administer (who you never meet) squashes everything and without a reason. (!!!) I worked with this agency for over a year - spent a great deal of time with their social workers, passed ALL their "requirements," spent a great amount of money and time preparing a nursery and meeting the home safety requirements... Don't waste your time and get your heart broken. They are cruel to leave a family hanging and clearly bias against disabilities (that wouldn't affect one's ability to care for a child). Good luck.
