Only answering calls After12:30pm Monday through Thursday only until 4:30? Only leaves those who work Monday- Friday 8-5 jobs, a 30 minute window to get anything accomplished?

They never answer the phone. They have specific hours of 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm and no one answers the phone. Then the system hangs up on you. I am not a Alabama resident and trying to do business with a state that's out of date is so frustrating. You can't get any info.online,they want you there in person....hello I live out of state how can I walk in and request anything. I can not fill out a request form online to send in because they are behind in times ...they need help but wont hire ...how do you expect to get buisness conducted.

The longest wait was getting the papers served.. I dug in and found I could hire someone myself to serve him (75 dollar detective) . After that it was a breeze got the court date and he didnt show so the nice lady judge ordered payments from his check. 2 months later my twins got their money and life got 600 hundred dollars a month easier.

I think that the biggest problem is not the people that work there, there just short on staff. Have always been friendly to me. People just need to realize that the staff employed there have rules and regulations to follow just like any other business.

They ordered a man i know to pay childsupport without him taking a dna test then for 8yrs my daughter didnt receive a dime they never has locked him up for it he owes so much back pay

Need a better system in assisting with people's lives employees need a class on professionalism and customer service..wait time for appointments is ridiculous...free your schedule for the day

Call and can’t get through/call placed on hold over an hour phone suddenly hangs up/emailed-no response-faxed no response-Been trying to get help with this agency in and out of State for over TWO YEARS-cases previously closed because they put my name instead of defendant so warrant was returned as undeliverable and case was dismissed- HELP !!!!!
