An amazing league for what we were looking for. We’ve done other leagues and the volunteer coaches didn’t really teach fundamentals. Chargers coaches are trained on that and game play before the season begins.

Admin staff is also awesome. My mom thought she lost a necklace one week and Maggie responded to my email within 24 hours when I asked about their lost and found.

Weekends where we had rain outs weren’t “forgotten” about like other leagues would participated in. They were rescheduled for later in the season to still have their full season.

The Club as a whole is very organized with field layout, staffing (all coaches and players receive sponsor provided uniforms), and very personable. We’ll for sure join future seasons.

Very happy with the coaches and staff. I am a grandma that’s been going to recreational activities for many years. The organization is on point. The coaches that I’m familiar with, have great sportsmanships as well as competitive attitudes that make sure all of the kids have a fair amount of playtime.

The coaches come late or don’t show up. They combine the kids and it’s too much for them to handle. One day I understand but 3 practices so far it’s happen. I email the league ( Maggie) several times and I never get a response for my concerns. Just overall awful. They only care about taking your money

Chargers Soccer Club - Tampa has meant so much to our family. Our son, now 27, started to play rec soccer with the club at 4 years old and then on to competitive soccer by 7 and then his last 2 years before graduating high school made the Chargers US Soccer Development Academy (now MLS Next). Our great coaches helped him develop his skills and grow in his love of the game. Because of that he also achieved one of his big goal - playing D1 soccer in college. All those years were our family fun, too. Lots of great families. We just love ❤️ the Chargers and thankful for all his great coaches, especially Roland Moldovan and Jim DiNobile.

If your kid is not professional soccer player, he will stay on the bench because coach Nikki thinks she's coaching a champions league team and she wants to win I'm assuming. Enjoy sitting under the scorching sun to watch your kid sit on the bench.

What an awful league. They care about $$$ and nothing else. They charge a lot more than other leagues and offer fewer games and practices. They can't even spend the money necessary to get numbers for the uniforms, and kids wear the same uniforms, they're too cheap to pay for different colors. They won't pay for referees. Stay away, spend your money elsewhere. Poorly organized and the women who runs things is a nasty person with whom you cannot communicate.
