The manager has being very helpful. As I’ve been on a search for a new home, it’s been difficult and frustrating. I appreciate her generosity and kindness. Very prompt when it comes to communicating. Her maintenance man met us to discuss and explore the apartments. He was very helpful and polite.

Chapel Ridge is by far the best apartments to stay in Forrest City. It is in a very quiet, off the main roads, location that’s right across from the hospital. There is so much to do on the property and is great for families. Amanda is super sweet and seems to really enjoy what she does. If I could give her and the property 10 stars, I would!!

When my aunt sold her home in Forrest City, our family looked all over the area for an apartment community we thought would be a safe place for her to live and Chapel Ridge was it! At first, she was skeptical about living in an apartment after owning a home for so long, but now she loves it and says she can't imagine living anywhere else!

For starters we would like to thank chapel ridge for our acceptance. This place is awesome!!! A few things that we enjoy about being residents is that (1) it’s very quiet and there isn’t a lot of traffic in or out. (2) chapel ridge help gives back to those who are in need. (3) when it comes to maintenance work it gets done the same day if not the next. (4) very neat and clean outside. (5) communication level is very proficient when it comes to the apartment manager sending out important notices. All in all We would recommend these very apartments to a friend or family member we love it here

The new owner is great.The office & maintenance people are just so nice & so very helpful & friendly. Having the pool opened& clean was awesome. Having the buildings washed helped the appearance greatly. I have lived here since 2011 & this is my home I appreciate a clean & neat place to live. Thanks for all you all have done & are going to do . Keep your friendly spirits & keep the monthly incentives going,October,November & December were awesome. The christmas party was the best you could tell alot of heartfelt time went into it & having Santa & the Grinch topped it off & you know having a grinch on the property never hurts. Thank You !!!

I have a wonderful time here been here going on 3 years. Ms Amanda helps u with everything. Maintenance requests are done very fast. The site is clean and they always have fun activities for the kids. They just built a playground with lots of things to play on. We have security cameras and lights on the complex and they do have polices living on the premises
