Have tried calling to pay my son’s bill multiple times and the phone says they’re closed during working hours. Not a good way to collect money when they hound people for it. Would give zero stats if I could

My mom keeps getting harassing calls 2-3 times a day from them even though we filed bankruptcy and the debt was discharged with the original creditor. Luckily they are in the same state as us and would be under the ohio AG purview.

i wish i could rate them lower. the worst, most succubus debt collectors. i blocked the phone number over a year ago and i have received hundreds of voicemails since i’ve blocked them. i called and asked to stop being contacted was the representative literally laughed and said i owe them money and they can do whatever they want. i filed a complaint against them.

I have no idea why this company keeps calling me. I say calling, but they have a system that bypasses the ring & goes straight to my vm. No legitimate company does that. I have no debts so there's no reason to call me. If they are contacting me to see if I would like to hire them for my business, the answer is clearly going to be no. Such a disgrace.

I paid off my bill several months ago and the foriegn representative placed it on my credit report as though it was unpaid and a new collection. Which is ILLEGAL.I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office and I will not stop there. There are two other agencies I will be filing a complaint with.

They did same to me a medical bill for 178 dollars! I was covered by my insurance at the time and this was supposed to be taken care of,only to show up 5 years later on my credit report !! That's probably why no one pays them because they don't remove it either way!!

Absolute worst company out there... I had a missed medical bill in the amount of $169 that I tried to take care of but wanted it removed from my credit report and they were unwilling. This is the only negative thing on my report by the way. This company is a complete joke!
