Do not go here. I booked an appointment June 27 the receptionist said they would call me in 1-2 weeks and it's been over a month. I have not heard back. They waste your time by lying to you. Carecen staff should be upfront about the actual wait times so we know whether to wait or not. I'll be requesting a refund for the consultation that I never got according to the time that was agreed upon.

Let’s just say this has been a terrible experience, they were quick to schedule my consultation and charge me but I have YET to hear from the lawyer who’s helping me with my case. I paid and submitted my application with paperwork with them back in APRIL , it’s October and I have yet to hear back about it .I’ve tried emailing and calling , even showing up in person at the office and I still get no help . For an organization that prides itself on helping low income community members, they have terrible communication skills all they seem to love is giving one the round about .

I called them for a consultation. They charged me immediately $25, and they said I'd be called within a week. It's been 3 weeks, no-on called, I called and left many voice messages since no-one answering the phones. Still nothing. So they just took my money, and they are not helping me. If I had a lot of money I'd pay for a lawyer per hour. Obviously I need affordable help, and they're just okay with abusing people who are already in a difficult place in life. I'm really really disappointed. Since I can't talk to anybody, I can't even get my money back.

I’m kind of disappointed with this office. I was happy to know they helped the community so I started donating to them. However, my friend called them and she told me they never returned her call. I’m looking at the reviews and this is pretty common so I’m really disappointed. I’m going to have to cancel my donation to this office because they’re not doing what I had expected them to do. 🤷🏻‍♀️

According to the representative, they started charching as of this monday and they asked for way too much information just to take my payment, like the security code in the back of my card, DL # etc which i find unusual for a payment. All that is weird because nowhere on their website is stated that they are a for profit company and their rates are not disclosed either.

En Carecen son unas personas profesionales y lo que más me a gustado es de que si no contestan el teléfono ellos te regresan la llamada lo más pronto posible.
En la Raza cento legal los abogados son amables pero las recepcionistas son groseras y si llamas ellos nunca contestan el teléfono ni tus mensajes y jamás te regresan la llamada para ayudarte.
