The worst lawyer ever !!! She lied in every single step in our process. She supported to submit I-601 waiver in May, when she received money from us.

She was not able to provide copies , stating that she could not find it? How is that possible?

Now it turned out she DID NOT submit it until SEPTEMBER.
She was lying for 4 (!!!) months until we came to her office with threats.

For God's sake STAY AWAY!!!

Extremely Irresponsible and very unprofessional is what Svetlana Mollazadeh is when it comes to her clients.

I needed to submit an asylum application, for which I prepared all documents required and paid all the fees to her in Advance. she took over three months just to submit already prepared documents and even that with many mistakes! which resulted in my asylum case being submitted 20 days after my stay was over. now that I am about to get my Immigrant Visa through work, I can not apply for a change of status simply because of the 20 day late submission of my asylum application and must now go to the US Embassy in my country to have my Immigrant visa Stamped onto my passport, a country I am seeking asylum from. I can not stop thinking of how it might affect my immigrant visa Case and where it will leave me after 6 years of hard work building a business and a life here.

DO NOT hire her or her firm for services because once she has your money, she disappears and it would be a miracle to get a hold of her over the phone or even to get a reply to your emails.

I'm writing this to let you know how awful she is at your job and as a person not thinking how being irresponsible she negatively affects people's' lives instead of being helpful for which she gets paid.
I hope she stops being irresponsible towards her clients because to her it's only another person who knows nothing about the legal services they hired her for, but for them it can make a huge negative impact on not only their lives but their family's as well.
