I just wanted to thank you for always always ALWAYS being there for me.
Cynthia- For having so much compassion, patience and caring about me so much! Every time I personally called for you, you would take my call, and if you were not available, you would call me back by the end of the day! Typically, within a few hours of missing my call!!!! ( and that’s a rarity there’s days) Getting new insurance unfortunately and you taking out your time to explain to me step by step exactly what to do even when you didn’t have to.
Edith- Always answering the phone with the exact calm, cool and collected vibe, that relaxes me lol yet so bubbly and helpful! Answering any questions I had, confidently and correctly!
Melissa- No matter what was going on in your life, you always were so warm and friendly every month we spoke.

Thank you all so much for making certain situations in my life smooth when I was frazzled and sometimes frustrated when I indeed called you. And all of you just kept a professional demeanor.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 15 yrs never had an issue with staff or providers. Always amazing.. they recently fired everyone brought on new staff, new providers, new medical assistants, new medical billers… the girls they have answering the phones have 0 customer service rude as hell, they don’t even apologize for their own mistakes they have a dismissive attitude and leave you on the phone for 25-30 min only to tell you they can see you in 3 months. I don’t know who hired them but it was a mistake that reflects poorly on this clinic.Graduating from medical assistant without having any customer service skills is a big no no ! Don’t waste your time coming here 👎🏻💩⚠️
