What an amazing location for training. Honestly, the campus is something special. So much greenery, and every vista is a beautiful view. And bonus points for a great cafeteria!

The facilities complement the work they do. If feels like a collegiate campus although it is one building with a courtyard. The atmosphere is conducive to creative learning. The staff teach as if this is their dream job. They are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and relatable.
The food and snacks are well chosen for a balance of taste and nutrition. This location is well designed, well staffed, and well maintained. I look forward to my next training here.

Twenty four years ago I attended a week long residency at CCL. The training focused on the dynamics of leadership through self awareness. Assessments of my leadership started with assessments by the people I supervised, and then by people who supervised me.
Interactive training sessions affirmed my interests to lead and manage. I continue til this day to use and build upon the dynamics I discovered at the Center for Creative Leadership.

The people work here are very unprofessional
I want to have a consultation and emailed them 3 times
No one responded!!!
Finally we called them. the lady answered the call was so rude even if she is a director (she said she is)

We got lucky not working with these people

Spending money to employ these people is such a waste

Lunch is amazing! It's crazy how large this place is. They keep your attention and provide a stimulating environment to learn. I appreciated the topics and enjoyed the presentations. The methods they teach can most certainly be used in one aspect or another.

Beautiful space with incredible food. Nestled in the woods, there is lots of well manicured green space in which to meet or take a break. The presenters were very knowledgeable and well prepared.

The two facilitators led us through a series of self-evaluating revelations that were beyond any education degree or international (cultural) travel I've endured. They made the experience intriguing (not intense). One take-away for me: one of my greatest strengths can be overused, and the related book let it be self-revealed. The insight of the other participants and myself was subtly optimized to bring appreciation. The level of executives was vast - and some had tears at times. It was moving.
