Their staff at the emergency shelter are EXTREMELY rude, mean and just don't care about people. I was treated better when I was with my abuser. Carmen and Maria are heartless and liars. I thought it was me but once I moved to another place, I found out they treated many other people rude. They constantly make you feel unwelcome and threatening to throw you out almost daily, so you never feel comfortable. Maria is a flat out liar and she should Not ever be allowed to work with battered people. She is a racist! I heard her call a woman "Euro Trash" as she threatened to throw her and her little ones out on the street. I wish they would fire her and Carmen. I don't understand how the Director can overlook complaints about these two undercover abusers. Those two better hope they never find themselves needing assistance, if they do, I pray Karma treats them as they treat women who are in need.
