My Mom has been suffering with the symptom of Chronic Celiac
Disease for the past Five years. Unfortunately, most physicians are shying away or do not have any encouraging news when it comes to any treatment. So, I have learned to accept the fact that there is no cure at all.
Therefore, I made it my mission to do the research and educate myself the difference between Celiac Disease and Gluten Intolerance conditions.
I do believe my Mom is suffering from both symptoms.
She is very anemic, and unable to eat most foods, and her digestive system has already been damaged from the illness., because the disease eats away the lining of the stomach. Therefore, since she is unable to absorb any medication, I have learned to prepare her food, such as :
Green vegetables, boiled egg, sweet potatoes, gluten free rice and rice noodles, organic Soy, Fish mostly Salmon, organic chicken soup and most fruits. Oh, I also buy Gluten free Vitamins, specially Vitamin D-3,
B-12, b-6, Organic Cod-Liver Oil, .... etc.
I would appreciate any suggestions and comments.
Thank you for reading .
