Came to dine with a few friends. Restaurant was nice and clean. Has large screen TV for watching games. It was a slow night so only a limited number of staff were scheduled. Had to flag them down several times during our dinner. Currently running a 30% off promotion until 12/20. Each day has a different category marked down. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will come back again in the future.

This is my second time returning to Cay to try more dishes. The Hủ Tiếu Sa Đéc, Bún Thịt Nướng, Bánh Mì Chảo, and Sụn Gà Lắc Mắm were all delicious, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. At the beginning of the year, the restaurant gives customers fireworks as a festive gift for bills over $100. They pay great attention to both food presentation and restaurant decor, ensuring that every detail is well taken care of. This is a great spot for family gatherings and meetups with friends.

Let me start with the location is very calm and relaxing. It’s a highly recommended place if you are looking for family dinner restaurant especially they have lots of option for kids. The foods came out 10-15 mins after we ordered and it was so hot and fresh you could see the smoke coming out. Staff is fast and frequently check on us if we need anything else and a plus is the price is very reasonable . Must try Ca Nuong Da Gion and Ga Nuong.

Was craving Vietnamese food while I was down in the OC for the day and decided to give Cay a try. I ordered the shaken beef w garlic noodles and my bf ordered the shaken beef w fried rice. After a long day of driving, this hit the spot!!!! I ordered my beef spicy and it came out so delicious. The giant tvs in the restaurant definitely caught my attention as soon as I walked in. I wanna come back to watch a game because not many restaurants have tvs this big! I was seated right away and food came out super fast. Overall I had a 10/10 and I will definitely make this spot a regular from now on!

I came across this restaurant through a Reel, and it looked quite appealing. After checking Yelp, I found the menu and atmosphere to be very promising. However, when I read the reviews, I was absolutely shocked.

I couldn’t believe the owner’s responses to some negative reviews, such as “You shouldn’t come back,” “Why would you come here?” or even comments in Vietnamese meaning “Don’t eat or you’ll choke” or “You can’t digest it.” If this is how they treat customers, this establishment is definitely not for me. Even in Vietnam, I’ve experienced better service than this—and certainly, this behavior doesn’t belong in America. If you want to treat customers this way, don’t even think about running a business.

For anyone considering this restaurant, I strongly suggest reading the owner’s responses to bad reviews and thinking twice before visiting.

The food was very good, I recommend the grilled pork vermicelli. The waiter forgot one of our appetizers but that's ok because she was really cute and very attentive. The prices were reasonable given the high prices everywhere. The atmosphere is like a nightclub's which is fine. When we got there it was almost empty but filled out very quickly as the sun went down. I would like to come back soon if I'm in the area. I'm looking forward to trying other dishes.

They tried charging us twice for a meal worth around $90, and when we called to resolve it, they were awful and told us to not call again. The employee in person was better though. The chicken I had was burnt and partly inedible while foods like the sour soup were much too sweet. The atmosphere was the only thing redeemable about this establishment, but even then two different songs kept playing inside and outside making it overwhelming.
