Looking to obtain leasing information regarding this complex since I am moving from another state. No one answers the phones….it doesn’t matter if it’s early mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I do not want a text and I do not want a callback since I work and can’t answer during the day. I don’t want to play phone tag. I’m sure no one is showing apartments all day. This is a sign to consider elsewhere b/c if you can’t get a response prior to leasing you most likely won’t get one leasing.

Very overpriced, no laundry on site, the gym is a cigarbox with a broken cable machine so don't be fooled when they advertise that they have a gym. Worst place I ever lived

I do not recommend renting here. It’s not peaceful. Upstairs neighbors wake me up on a regular basis and I’ve messaged the property management about it multiple times. First couple times they responded, and then no response the last few times I’ve said something. The people around you blast tv in their car for everyone around to hear and have their dogs off lease. It’s just obnoxious living here all around. Won’t be renewing my lease and can’t get out of here fast enough. The apartment itself isn’t bad but if your looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live I don’t recommend here.

I've been here a year now and absolutely love it, I'm on the lake so the view from my patio is just beautiful. The neighbors are quiet., the whole place is quiet. And the Maintenance team are all super friendly and professional.

New to the community. Front office staff was very welcoming. I worked with Sara, Logan, Mrs Sherri and Barry with my move in process. They were all amazing! The community is lovely and I even met one of my neighbors who was very welcoming. Look forward to meeting everyone in the community and getting familiar with my surroundings. And I absolutely love my apartment!
