Are there any Catholic charities who are honest and do their job? Angelica in ashtabula do not let her control your money she doesn't do a good job and will not give updates to her clients and doesn't know how to answer the phone.

Catholic Charities has never been able to give me any assistance with anything. I went to Catholic Charities on Laird Avenue some years ago. I had on a designer shirt on. The lady looked at the designer shirt and told me no, they could not help me.

This company is a joke. They are rude told me to call on July 15 because they where opining funding and then ran me thri8gh a million circles when I did what they told me to do now they" aren't doing funding until August " legit a joke

I have always talked to very nice people a Catholic Charities. Today I called the Warren office and talked to a lady that was very rude. I asked if there was any public transportation in Trumbull county, she says I don't know call wrta in Youngstown. That's her job to help people, not tell them I don't know really!!

The people that answer the phones are ignorant and inept. They are rude as sin while giving out incorrect information. They give this otherwise great community service a bad name.

It's a place that help families with assistance with their bills (Elec,Water,Gas) only! You must have a shutoff notice and proof you've tried other places and cldnt get the help.
