My friend and i visited recently and it was so much fun. There are so many beautiful cats and they are well loved and taken care of. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and welcoming and clearly cared about their job. It is a great way to hang out with kitties while also supporting a great cause. Highly recommend for people wanting to adopt or even just wanting to pet some furry friends!

Very nice cats and welcoming atmosphere! Had about 15 cats and most were happy to come over and socialize. A couple of the hairless cats even climbed on my friends shoulders.

Animals kept in bad condition. Manager is rude. And just look at the way they reply to bad reviews! They either ignore or insult the reviewer, simply terrible and immature! These people are only here for the money, at the expense of these cats' suffering.

Not really a cafe, more of a hangout spot with cats? All the cats are very kind and friendly. Lots of room to sit, and food is allowed to go in but is not sold at the location. They have each cats picture up along with their name. Workers are very friendly as well.

I was deeply disappointed by my visit to Cat Café Rescue, which claims to be a cat rescue but clearly neglects the well-being of its residents. The cats appeared unkempt and disinterested, with visibly dirty litter boxes and no food or water stations in sight. Despite their advertised mission, the staff seemed indifferent to the needs of the animals, focusing more on customer service than the cats’ care. This café fails to live up to its promises, and I cannot recommend it for anyone looking to support a genuine cat rescue.

Wonderful little cat rescue on the second floor of the complex. They don't serve drinks or anything, but you can spend time with all the cats. They offer adoption, if you fall in love (we did). You can tell the staff cares a lot for these animals, Ryan was awesome and super nice. We appreciate this place existing and may stop back soon just to hang out with the cats.

Made an appointment for 2pm and had to pay $20. Showed up at 2pm. No one was there. I called and texted for over an hour and a half as I waited and no response no answer and no one showed up. I would give this rating a zero if I had the option

The guy that worked there was super nice to us the whole time, but even with the great customer service it was hard to ignore the condition the cats were in. They were all really dirty and by the looks of it, neglected— their cat towers and toys were matted with fur & the entire room smelled really strongly (I know that a smell is to be expected, but it felt like there wasn’t even an attempt made to minimize the smell from the litter boxes). A lot of the cats were unfriendly and scratched & most would run off if you approached them.

Attached are pictures of the sphinx who’s ears were so dirty they were all black on the inside & the white cat that had matted fur and grime all around his eyes.
