Unacceptable bathrooms. Ran into the restroom real quick since I had to use the toilet real bad. Unknowingly stepped in that puddle and almost slipped. Completely unacceptable and disgusted. I could tell the staff were snickering to themselves since my footprints were trailing out the bathroom. I am never going to Casey's again.

We placed an order at a different location (SW 134th& Penn) for delivery. The order arrived and it was wrong. I called the store and after 1.5 hours on hold, hung up. We called a second store( SW 134th & Western) to see if they knew why they were not answering, they tried and didn't have luck getting anyone. Laci offered to make the order right, but said they didn't deliver so we would have to pick it up. We declined as we didn't want to get out hence paying for delivery. After our phone call Laci reached out to Jenn, the manager at SW 149th & Western (this store). Jenn contacted us and offered to make the correct pizza and deliver it to us. When Jenn showed up she not only had the correct pizza but she also threw in a few additional items. She went above and beyond to fix our issue that had nothing to do with her store. Talk about excellent customer service!!!

Buyer beware! Casey’s at SW 149th and Western doesn’t honor their advertised prices. This is the second time I’ve started filling up my truck and noticed the price wasn’t different then expect. When I go inside to inquire, the clerks act oblivious to the situation. ALL of the prices are different and it’s not credit versus cash price. So if you care, then beware.

Pizza wasn't bad. The downside is the employees handling the food didn't wear gloves or masks.

I understand employees and customers not being required to wear a mask but food handlers should at least wear gloves.

I've always enjoyed this place, I know plenty of the workers and they're good people. I can't speak for the gas prices because I go elsewhere anyways. But getting an extra large soda to split with my bro for $1.09 has been a pleasant experience.

Very disappointed this is the second time I have been double charged days later after my transaction had already went through the first time this is ridiculous. I have stopped and let them know and they did not act concerned at all. Whatever the issue is I wish that they would get that fixed because it’s not right We use Casey’s for gas and all of our vehicles. Please look into why this is happing.

This is always such an easy stop on the way to work, they’re always stocked up. A easy in and out place.

This is the third time I have bought coffee and the cup leeks. I have to clean the mess up in my car and my shirt is stained again. The coffee is not the best but they do have good service. I may come back once I get over being upset, but for the time being I will go elsewhere. 12/2/23 update, the old black haired women about noon time with no name tag wearing all black has just pushed me to never come here again. She stood there and just stared at me and proceeded to mumble insults I won't go into. So from now on I will drive out of my way to spend MY MONEY elsewhere.
