I want to give this place all my gratitude and appreciation the minute I walked in I was greeted by a very helpful lady. I was given the phone number and the name of the person I had to call regarding my situation when I called the lady Susan answered. I told her my situation right away. She told me what I needed to gather to resolve it, I never saw her. Everything was done over the phone and and I screenshot whatever she needed me to send her. She was a very straightforward person. I love that about her. I will forever be thankful and grateful the Lord continue to bless her for all her work in helping people

We had an appointment at 1030am , got called at 1120am. We had an appointment with Michelle Aguillar she was with other clients before us and thats the reason it took a long time for our appointment. Then other two women had an appointment with her at 11am. So Michelle Aguilar was late on her appointment, which is not our fault is hers. I was very patient until she came to the hall and ask "who is ready" . IT WAS VERY UN RESPECTFUL BECAUSE THEY DON'T RESPECT OUR TIME AND OUR APPOINTMENT!
We ask her that we had questions about certain information and she was like in a hurry and just trying to avoid us and she end up taking only the women who had the 11am appointment. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY DON'T RESPECT YOUR TIME AND YOUR APPOINTMENT SO YOU CAN BE LATE AND JUST SAY IM READY AND HAVE EVERYTHING AND GET IN RIGHT AWAY ! 😊

Horrible service in all. One they don't answer phone calls or return your calls. The receptionist with glasses on and her helper with colored blue eyes are rude as hell. I was referred to try to seek help with a divorce and THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF SERVICE for that field there. If you just ask for help to see if they can point you to the right way forget it. Poor help all around and just down right disappointing but how much you want a bet they would help someone else crossing the border then there community.

Dont come here the people here dont help you do anything your better off yourself dont waste your time and your money. Not only that the people here treat you here horrible the worst service i could get, if you want to waste your time and money please come but dont say i didn't told you.
