The people there are precious! Helping their community WHILE WORKING to make their own. Highly commendable my mother did it for 18 years in the same kind of office God bless those ladies and gentlemen for helping others while working to help themselves! 🙏

I have a friend who was badly injured in a motor vehicle accident. D. S.S. has multiple programs to assist people in a variety of situations to obtain funds to help smooth the transition back into normality. Pretty standard across the board. Helpful employees (Agents) inside and outside clean. A unique waiting area. Very difficult to enter and exit the parking layout, plus the extremely small spaces almost guarantee multiple door dings throughout the day. Reason 4 🌟s and not 5🌟

I REALLY appreciate how efficient & caring they are. They treated me with respect at a lowly time in my life. There's NO super long lines. They see you almost right away without you even having a schedule appointment. They keep their word & are very friendly.

They cut my food stamps in half for no reason after having to re-apply due to the fact I didn't Receive the notice in the mail saying I needed to re- certify. Even in spite of the fact I'm visually impaired and suffer from depression. However the staff was very nice and courteous and professional which is why they get three stars instead of one.

They are all right. When you call in on the telephone I wish the operator or receptionist would answer the phone on the first ring and stop asking me after I call a second or third time "Didn't you just call? What! This is a government phone I am calling it was I. Hence, I was inquiring or possibly calling a case worker or two why are you monitoring how many times I have called ma'am. You social services employees are alwaysin people's business anyway. Drama and gossipers. You offer public assistance lady that is your job. You job description details are as follows to answer the phone and to help people in need, you are to take the vow of poverty upon being hired. You are to be unbiased. not to ask me "Didn't you just call." Ridiculous! You are terrible you really hurt my feelings that day because I am going through a divorce. The operator that answers the phone and transfers the call are ridiculous. Social Service workers in certain departments have another mean and ugly side to them you are all not friendly behind those desks and I will say no more.

I have been trying to just get a family doctor in the area. I have tried to call my case worker as well as went to the office to give them the information to change my primary care doctor. I cant go see one that takes Medicaid without having the facility printed on the card. This has been going on for 3 MONTHS and I NEVER get a response and have yet to receive my new card! This office is POORLY ran and they dont care about the people that actually need to be seen by a REAL family doctor, not an ER practitioner who is unable to give them the medicine they need!
