Carroll County Board of Developmental Disabilities is staffed with people that truly care about people with special needs. I have worked in education for 24 years in multiple states, and now that I have returned to Ohio, I am surprisingly pleased to find such a great school nestled in Carroll County. Staff at the school from the maintenance workers to the school principal truly care about each child that attends the school and those that are serviced outside of the school. I highly recommend any parent with a child who has special needs to check into the services offered through Carroll County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
