At least once a year I find myself enjoying a concert at the Carpenter performing arts, they have a vast array of genres and artists that you can choose from. The sound here is amazing and you get an intimate experience that’s warm and fun. The seating isles are a nightmare though only having one way in on both side so getting out in an emergency would be difficult and you cannot sit while someone passes you which is annoying. The other downfall is the price for admission is always pretty high too but what isn’t these days. A fifth start would have been given for maybe free parking or something to add value.

A must see for every Carpenter’ fan. A beautiful facility and a wonderful staff. To be able to see Karen’s drums, Richard’s electric piano along with all the awards they received, is something you remember for a lifetime.

I was there for my son's orchestra performance, and it was beautiful. My son played wonderfully, and the place made him feel like he could perform for a bigger audience.

Beautiful performance arts center at the California State University in Long Beach. Saw a wonderful acrobatic show this night. It did not disappoint. The seats were great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the venue is a very nice setting. You can see all kinds of memorabilia from the singing duo, The Carpenters in the main lobby. From their clothes, to Grammy awards, to gold records on the wall. A great display! Bring the kids! We will be back for at least 2 more shows!

Amazing show would highly recommend to go see it and i would enjoy watching it again. Had a blast seeing the dancers dance and the musicians play. I would want to go see Ballet Folklorico de Los Angeles again and can not wait for the Christmas performance to come out to go view them and see which dances and songs they bring out. Amazing to see how dances are performed from each part of mexico and the detailed story behind each dance and song that was performed. Great seeing how they made a tribute to Selena And Vicente Fernandez ( El Rey). I would have to say the best part of the performance was not the disney songs although the Disney performance was amazing. I would go with the dance from Michoacán as it hit close to home and was easily relatable to the performance. Could not say it again would recommend to go see them live and in person as social media and watching it on your phone or tablet or computer does not do it justice/ give you the same sense of deeling as being there and in person. And on that not i conclude my review abou the performance on November. Fin

The college circuit allows us to see quality entertainment in smaller venues. All the seats in the CSULB Carpenter Center are good seats. Parking is close and free and I’m going to three more events there this season. Hope to see you there!
