There is no higher quality of care for your loved ones than Canyon Valley....a special shout out to Johanna who held our hand, cried with us, and smoothed the way before us with professionalism and empathy. Johanna spends many hours planning, preparing, and making the residents feel special. Isabel "Izzy" has been energetic in her desire to meet our every need. Terri has helped us sort out the final paperwork and finances with professionalism and competency. April, the head of the med techs, sees that medication administration is seamless. Robin is available and willing to take on any and all technical issues like TV, hanging pictures, and I am quite sure his list goes on and on. The caretakers are friendly competent and invested in each of the residents...and Cindy does an amazng job with housekeeping and laundry. We are learning to enjoy mom in a new and meaningful way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all each one of you do to give mom a quality of life.

The Canyon Valley staff are to be commended for their kind and generous care of our loved ones and all other residents. My family and I have been particularly impressed with Johanna Turnbull, who works tirelessly to see that residents have lots of activities. She looks out for the welfare of each resident and offers compassionate assistance above and beyond the call of duty. CV is blessed to have her on staff, and the residents are blessed to have such an energetic professional looking out for them.

Our Mom has been living in Canyon Valley Memory Care home for over a year. As she has transitioned from service level to service level, she has received the utmost and wonderful care from the caregivers.

Medical staff, caregivers, hospice staff, Activities director and staff, facilities, housekeeping, everybody! Everyone there treats everyone with respect, love and care.

My mom has the biggest smile on her face as the various caretakers stop and see how she's doing or taking care of her in some way.

In my opinion, a telltale sign of a business well run is the happiness of the staff and I can say the Staff at Canyon Valley Memory Care is very happy and kind.

Going into Canyon Valley you are always welcomed by cheerful smiling individuals like Izzy, Christina and Yereth. The management staff April and Brandon are easy to work with and happy to help solve any issues. Most impressive is the activities personnel. Johanna and her two mates provide quality interactions with residents that shines bright. I would be pleased to have my loved one at Canyon Valley when that time comes.

I love seeing the residents having fun and smiling. The staff here is very accommodating and kind. Johanna the activities director is one of the kindest and generous people.
