Front receptionist needs some customer services training or better people skills. Everyone else there seem to have hearts wanting to help the community. Letty especially has a heart to help and is willing to help anyone if eligible. Stephanie helped me out tremendously, she worked fast and efficiently and was a big blessing for me and my 2 boys who's power was cut off due to unexpected medical bills /non payment. This agency can help you just call and follow their instructions. God bless
