It just won't be the same without all the big trees. I hiked past this camp yesterday and was shocked at how many trees they have taken down. Looks like a bad golf course now. It's the same all over this mountain, removing trees and changing the face of Berry Creek forever. Maybe we need to have a tree planting event. I'll bring some wildflower seeds too.

I go to this camp its awesome. My brother had cancer when he was two and he recently got diagnosed with a relapse. The cancers back and its terrifieing but knowing that the community of Okizu is still here is so comforting. If you were affected by childhood sickness or illness then please look into this camp because you wont regret it.

This place is absolutely amazing, on the first day it feels like you don't now anyone yet by the end of the week you've had a connection with each one of the campers. The amazing staff always leaves you with a smile I honestly wish I could spend all summer here, its where you find true happiness. No wonder I've been coming here for 8 years.

My kids have attended Sibs camp over the last 10 years. Now their younger brother has attended Oncology camp for the third year. Great opportunity for a camp experience while addressing the difficult emotional issues related to being the forgotten one when a sibling has/had cancer. VERY positive experience. Thanks Okizu!
