Raised at a nearby family cabin ( Cook's Hideout) in the 60's I happily heard reveille & taps on the bugle from the camp each morning & evening. Bears at the landfill at night was more thrilling than a drive in movie! Support the Scouts, a healthy remnant of our traditional American culture.

Fantastic Camp! Great facilities and wonderful staff! ATV's were super fun for Scouts as was COPE, Welding, Horses and Kayaking. Showers and flush toilets were nice and Ending campfire was a blast! Blue Card/Advancement system a bit of a mess, but overall our troop had a camping experience we will never forget!!!

Great memories for my family. Both of my children grew up in Scouts camping here. Can get pretty dusty, but hot showers to clean off in. They put on amazing program for Scout Packs & Troops!
